Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish legislation, the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall be competent for resolving all issues that may arise in relation to these General Conditions, in accordance with Article 52 of the Civil Procedure Law or the replacing law that may apply at the time.
